Who removes your body parts when you die?

answers1: The vast majority of people die in non suspicious
circumstances and their bodies are buried/cremated without anything
being removed.
It is only if it is necessary to establish the cause of death that an
autopsy is performed and organs should only be removed and not
replaced if the next of kin agrees.
The only other reason is that if the person is an organ donor. Again
though next of kin would be made aware of this.

answers4: My understanding is that the person who does the autopsy
removes your organs, then places them randomly back into the body
before stitching it up. The mortician is only responsible for
injecting the embalming fluid.
answers5: If you are not autopsied, all your body parts will remain
inside and will cremated/buried with the body.
