Irvin Guiles: When I was little I stayed at my cousins house a lot and everytime we would watch this movie. We started it over every time, which was stupid because we only saw the beginning before we fell asleep, so I remember it pretty well. Anyways, the main character was a little boy, there was an airship (blimp) and there was this dark liquid-y cloud that consumed the city and I think the boy was running from it. I know I didn't give many details but I don't remember anything else :(
