Marcia Cheathan: nursing, sonography, basically the healthcare professions... they're recession proof and your starting salaries are high. they are also noble jobs since you are helping save lives.
Maynard Reevers: Pharmacist will be a good career in demand for quite some time. They can make 70k right out of school, which is rare. Most professions take several years to get that kind of salary. Bad thing is that a lot of math and chemistry is required in school. You would have to have at least a semester of Calculus as well as a few years of Chemistry.Real Estate agents usually can make a lot of money, but NOT right now. The economy is too poor and real estate is a mess. It will improve, but not for awhile.Dental Assistant is good and makes around the 35k range. Usually only a 2-year degree is required.
