Luis Farlow: I just reinstalled windows, and installed all my drivers, and sp3, and junk. I plugged in my Zen Mosaic mp3 player, and I get a message saying Windows has found new hardware. Do I need a driver for my mp3 player? I don't remember needing one when I got it.If I do, would someone please supply a link a download.
Dexter Dicostanzo: This is just something it asks for. Say yes and follow the steps. It should take care of itself. After that, it will say "found new hardware" and ask what you want to do with it. Don't forget to download the software. Go to creative.com to get the download. That's the program that shows how your battery is charging, how much space you have available and easy drag and drop of the files.I love the ZEN....Show more
