Hooking a home theater subwoofer to car amp?

Marielle Hedeiros: This is a tricky situation. Its one thing to hook up a car sub to a home theater amp but completely another for vice versa. A car amp runs off a constant 12 volts from your car battery. The only power source that i can think of would be a computers power source that would be able to plug into a wall outllet to power your car amp. Ive read tutorials before but they are extremely sketchy involving paper clips and what not to make these connections.
