Marylee Lucks: Input/source button on remote will switch between things you have plugged into the tv. So you are stuck on dvd, by pressing that button the source will change and you will get to the video input where your tv signal is. Just keep pushing till the right source shows, remember it's name so you can come back to it, when you want dvd again, start pressing the same button till it shows.
