Lou Rought: im pretty sure its pork loin. i work at LSG sky chef. we make food for airlines and we make alot of different and awesome food. too bad im not a cook. hehe. so i wouldnt really know how to prepare it. oh god. just google or wikipedia it. life is som much easier with the internet.
